Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that attacks the immune system. If HIV not treated, it can lead to AIDS (Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome). The purpose of this study was determine relationship between understanding in people living with and healthy lifestyle life. This research descriptive using cross-sectional method. Data collection carried out February 2022 at VCT Clinic RSUD T.C. Hillers, Maumere, East Nusa Tenggara. Samples were taken by total sampling. researcher asked subject's willingness voluntarily gave informed consent participate study. Questionnaires given assess knowledge subjects. questionnaire consists three parts 81 questions. During one month 2022, there 40 HIV-positive subjects who willing become filling provided. results indicate strong ODHA.
